POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Category Manager - Indirect Procurement to lead sourcing and procurement activities across multiple indirect spend categories including MRO, Real Estate, Facility Management, Insurance, Professional Services, HR Services, Legal Services, Marketing, Logistics, and other indirect categories. The incumbent will be responsible for developing category strategies, supplier management, commercial negotiations, contract management, cost optimization, and stakeholder engagement across business functions.

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in indirect procurement, logistics sourcing, manpower services procurement, facility setup projects, and ERP-driven procurement processes. The role requires a highly team-oriented skilled who can influence stakeholders, drive sourcing excellence, and deliver measurable business value.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage procurement activities across assigned indirect spend categories.
Lead sourcing, RFQ/RFP processes, supplier evaluation, and commercial negotiations.




Manage contracts, vendor performance, and supplier relationships.
Support procurement requirements for logistics, facility setup, HR, and qualified services.
Drive cost optimization, value creation, and annual savings targets.
Improve payment terms, commercial conditions, and total cost of ownership (TCO).
Ensure timely closure of sourcing projects and procurement requests.
Collaborate with stakeholders to meet business requirements and maintain high stakeholder satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies, contract governance, and spend controls.
Utilize ERP systems for procurement execution, reporting, and process improvements.
Drive procurement efficiency through cycle-time reduction and continuous improvement initiatives.
