Co-ordinate with different teams

Coordinate and oversight between Air Liquide and MSP for project and L2, L3 support work performed by MSP

Reporting – Daily, Weekly.

Mandatory skills

In-depth hands-on experience in the administration, design, and deployment of Qualys (as level 3 engineer)

Desired skills

Analyse and evaluate internal or external customer requests

Develop / update / upgrade PAM solution

Ensure availability and integrity of information in different systems

Assist application owners and experts to connect their systems to our solutions

Define and set optimized and productive IT process

Ensure SLA of our services

Ensure the compliance of IT process (KPI and Reporting)

Ensure customer satisfaction for our services (support and assistance)
