Issuing Solutions Production Engineering is seeking a Software Engineer to join our Tools, DevSecOps Teams.

This position is responsible for development and support of DevSecOps, Tools and Release related activities with emphasis on SQL Devops for Issuing Solutions product development & support that will ensure seamless code transition from commit to production.

This position has to work from the contingent office location preferably in Bangalore.

VAS Issuing Solutions - DPS One - IPUC SQl Project

Work on Active/Active Setup for DPS One Applications, Remediation, incident management, SRE Activities.

Engagement Deliverable(s)

DevOps & Infrastructure

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.

• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates.

• Manage and optimize cloud environments (AWS / Azure / GCP) with high availability, scalability, and security.





• Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes.

• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, or CloudWatch.

• Ensure system reliability, performance tuning, and incident response for production settings.

Database & SQL Responsibilities

• Write, optimize, and review complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and functions.

• Perform database performance tuning, query optimization, and index management.

• Support database deployments and migrations as part of CI/CD pipelines.

• Work with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, or cloud-managed databases.

• Implement backup, restore, replication, and disaster recovery strategies.

• Collaborate with application teams to ensure database design aligns with scalability and performance requirements
