Position Overview

This position is based in Hyderabad or Bangalore and operates under a hybrid work model. The role focuses on delivering timely, high-quality technical product services for large and complex specialized technology products that comply with US tax laws. The successful candidate will foster solid working relationships through collaboration with various teams.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy and Planning: Define performance and Non-Functional Requirements (NFR) test strategies and plans. Drive the creation of test cases to support NFR testing.
Test Automation: Develop and utilize test automation frameworks, creating scripts using JMeter.
Test Execution: Conduct performance test execution.
Analysis and Reporting: Collect performance metrics, analyze test results, and prepare comprehensive test reports with actionable recommendations.

Qualifications and Experience




Minimum of 5 years of demonstrable experience in performance test engineering.
Proven experience with performance testing tools, specifically JMeter.
Demonstrated ability in designing, scripting, executing, and collecting metrics for performance testing.
Robust background in performance and NFR testing, covering strategy through execution.
Experience delivering performance testing across SaaS, PaaS, and on-premises technologies, with a preference for public cloud environments.
Experience working within Azure environments is highly advantageous.
Hands-on experience in Agile methodologies and DevOps environments.
Proficiency with DevOps toolchains and CI/CD software delivery models.
Robust work ethic and effective collaboration skills, collaborating with the Product Delivery team and leadership.
