Key Skill Requirements

Years of hands-on experience in Copado DevOps and Release Management. (Must have)
Years of Salesforce platform exposure/experience. (Must have)
Robust understanding of DevOps processes, deployment strategies, and automation frameworks.
Experience in handling end-to-end release management activities. (Must have)
Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders and project teams.
Candidate should be capable of independently managing deployments, automation, and release cycles. (Must have)
Lead/manager-level resource expected to work as an Individual Contributor (IC).

Certification Requirement
Copado Certification Level 1 or Level 2 is preferred(Nice to have).

Roles & Responsibilities




Manage and oversee release planning, deployment, and automation activities.
Coordinate with business stakeholders, development teams, QA, and support teams.
Ensure smooth CI/CD and DevOps process execution within Salesforce ecosystem.
Handle release governance, risk mitigation, and deployment validations.
Drive process efficiency and maintain deployment quality standards.

Technical round and Final discussion - in person (Chennai)

Additional Notes
Candidate should possess solid communication and stakeholder management skills.
Resource is expected to work in General Shift with flexibility for critical release activities if required.
