Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, managing the pre-sales process, and building strong client relationships to drive sales and brand awareness within the real estate sector. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct cold calls to identify potential customers and schedule sales meetings.
Understand customer requirements through research, discussions, and need analysis.
Manage the complete pre-sales process from lead generation to lead qualification.
Present real estate solutions effectively to prospective clients.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and follow-up.
Create brand awareness by engaging with prospective customers across various channels.
Assist the sales team in converting qualified leads into successful bookings.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM systems regularly.




Follow up with prospective customers to maximize conversions and customer satisfaction.
