We are seeking an enthusiastic Social Media Officer to manage and grow our company’s social media presence. This role involves creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, increasing audience engagement, and analyzing campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage social media accounts across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
Develop and execute social media strategies and campaigns.
Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, and other content.
Drive growth in followers, reach, engagement, and brand awareness.
Research trending topics, hashtags, and relevant industry content.
Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and online reputation.
Coordinate with graphic designers and content writers for social media creatives.
Track social media performance using analytics tools.




Prepare regular reports on reach, engagement, traffic, and conversions.
Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, and platform updates.
Support paid social media campaigns as needed.

Required Skills:
Proficiency with major social media platforms.
Understanding of hashtags, social media algorithms, and engagement strategies.
Solid written and verbal communication skills.
Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools.
Analytical and creative thinking abilities.
Proven ability to manage multiple social media accounts and campaigns.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing and SEO is considered an advantage.
