Sales Representative

POSITION SUMMARY

The Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying recent business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Prospect and generate current leads through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and referrals
Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract close
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs
Build and maintain robust, long-lasting customer relationships
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure a seamless client experience
Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge




Negotiate pricing and contract terms within company guidelines
Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a relevant industry
Proven track record of achieving sales quotas
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

Preferred:
Experience selling relevant products or services
Familiarity with consultative or solution-based selling methodologies
Existing network within a target industry
