Job Overview

Orbit Global HR Consultants, one of the leading interior hiring agencies in Gurgaon and Delhi NCR, is hiring an experienced Site Architect – Interior Fit-Out for a leading organization in the interior design and fit-out industry.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in site execution, interior fit-out, architectural coordination and project management, preferably across commercial offices, hospitality, hotels, residential or corporate interior projects.

The Site Architect will be responsible for managing day-to-day site execution, coordinating with architects, consultants, contractors,



vendors and MEP teams, and ensuring that all architectural and interior works are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day architectural and interior fit-out execution at project sites.
Study and interpret GFC drawings, architectural drawings, interior drawings, shop drawings, specifications and BOQs.
Ensure execution follows approved drawings, design intent, specifications and project standards.
Coordinate with clients, architects, PMC consultants, project managers, contractors, subcontractors and vendors.
Review drawings and identify discrepancies, technical issues, site constraints and coordination requirements.
Coordinate with MEP, civil, structural and other service teams for seamless integration of interior works.
