Assistant Manager - Sales (B2B | AI & FinTech)

We are looking for a agile Assistant Manager – Sales to join a rapid-growing AI-powered fintech organization. If you're passionate about B2B sales, building client relationships, and driving revenue in the financial services ecosystem, we'd love to connect.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive new business acquisition and achieve revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and strategic partners.
Manage the complete sales lifecycle—from prospecting and solution presentation to negotiation and closure.
Understand client business requirements and recommend suitable AI-driven solutions.
Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Leadership teams to ensure seamless client experience.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.

Ideal Candidate:




5–7 years of B2B sales experience.
Background in FinTech, Wealth Management, Investment, Brokerage, Financial Services, or Enterprise SaaS.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Solid consultative selling, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
Comfortable engaging with senior decision-makers.
