Job Overview

We are looking for a healthcare skilled with both MBBS and MBA degrees who can manage clinical and administrative responsibilities. The candidate will support patient care while also handling healthcare operations, administration, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Manage clinical and patient-care activities.
Support RPM, CCM, and Behavioral Health Integration (BHI) programs.
Review patient data and coordinate patient care.
Maintain EMR/EHR documentation.
Manage healthcare administration and daily operations.
Coordinate with clinical and operational teams.
Support process improvement, reporting, and team management.
Ensure compliance with healthcare protocols and policies.




Requirements
MBBS + MBA Mandatory
MBA in Healthcare Management/Hospital Administration preferred.
Experience or knowledge of RPM, CCM, BHI, Telehealth, or Care Management preferred.
Robust clinical, administrative, communication, and leadership skills.
Experience with EMR/EHR systems preferred.
Ability to effectively manage both clinical and administrative functions.

Ideal Candidate: An MBBS + MBA qualified who can effectively bridge clinical care and healthcare administration.
