Job Description

We are looking for a creative and concept-driven 2 D Designer with 2–4 years of experience in events, experiential marketing, or branding. The ideal candidate should have robust visual thinking and the ability to develop event themes, visual identities, and engaging brand experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Develop creative concepts, event themes, and visual identities for events and brand activations.

Create logos, Key Visuals (KVs), and brand language for events and campaigns.

Design graphics, layouts, infographics, and mood boards for client pitch decks.

Create event branding and collaterals such as badges, invitations, standees, signage, backdrops, and other event assets.

Prepare print-ready artwork and production files as per vendor specifications.

Ensure accuracy in typography, colour, layout, resolution, bleed,



and other print-production requirements.

Work on multiple creative concepts and deliver designs within tight timelines.

Coordinate closely with Client Servicing and Production teams to ensure smooth execution.

Maintain consistency of brand identity across digital, print, and event touchpoints.

Selection Criteria

2–4 years of relevant experience in events, experiential marketing, or branding.

Robust conceptual and visual-thinking skills.

Proven experience in event branding, KVs, logos, and marketing collaterals.

Good understanding of print production and vendor-ready artwork.

Robust communication and coordination skills.

Skills:- Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Indesign, Typography, Colour Theory, Layout Design and Logo Design
