Key Responsibilities
Product Development:
Collaborate with design teams to conceptualize and develop current products.
Create detailed technical specifications, drawings, and prototypes.
Evaluate materials, processes, and designs for feasibility and cost-effectiveness.
Testing and Quality Assurance:
Conduct performance tests and analyze results to ensure product reliability and compliance with standards.
Identify and resolve design or production issues.
Implement quality control processes to maintain high product standards.
Manufacturing Support:
Liaise with production teams to ensure smooth product manufacturing.
Optimize production processes for efficiency and cost reduction.
Provide technical support during product launches.
Continuous Improvement:
Monitor product performance and gather feedback to identify improvement opportunities.




Update and refine designs based on user feedback and technological advancements.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D;, marketing, and sales.
Prepare and present reports, proposals, and technical documentation.

Qualifications
Education: Post Diploma in Tool Design.
Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in product design, development, or manufacturing is preferred. Entry-level candidates are also encouraged to apply, as junior roles may be available.

Skills
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
Solid problem-solving and analytical skills.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
