About The Job:
We’re looking for a Senior Integrated Designer to join our Creative team based in Kochi. This is
a full‐time, work from office role working alongside our London‐based colleagues, working
aligned to UK hours.
As a senior member of the team, you’ll take a lead role in delivering high‐quality creative work
across motion graphics, video, digital and print. You’ll drive the ideation process by developing
solid creative concepts and shaping the visual direction of projects, overseeing work from
initial brief through to final delivery. You’ll guide junior designers and collaborate closely with
colleagues across the business. This role is ideal for someone with strong creative ideation and
technical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the confidence to take ownership of creative
output in a fast‐paced, corporate workplace





Essential Job Functions:
Create engaging motion graphics and animations that bring concepts to life using After Effects and/or Premiere Pro.
Lead the ideation process by generating solid creative concepts, exploring multiple directions, and shaping the visual approach for campaigns and projects.
Create high-quality visual assets for digital channels, presentations, reports, campaigns, and internal communications.
Oversee concept development, mood boards, and creative research, ensuring strong creative direction.
Prepare artwork for digital and print production with exceptional attention to detail.
Update, adapt, and evolve existing creative assets while maintaining brand consistency.
Manage time effectively across multiple tasks and deadlines and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
