nExperience: 4–7 years of hands-on Scan-to-BIM modeling/Revit MEP
nWhat you'll do:
n
n
Model building elements from registered point cloud data to LOD 300–400 within your discipline.n
Act as sub-team lead for a small group of mid/junior modelers — review their work before QC submission.n
Ensure models meet accuracy tolerances against the point cloud and follow project standards/parameters.n
Support clash resolution and coordination with other disciplines.n
Flag point cloud data quality issues to the CDE Coordinator.n

nWhat we're looking for:
n
n
Diploma/Bachelor's in a relevant engineering/architecture field.n
4+ years of Revit modeling experience, including Scan-to-BIM from registered point clouds.n
Solid understanding of LOD 300–400 deliverable requirements.n
Ability to review and guide the work of junior modelers.n

nSoftware: Revit, Recap Pro, Navisworks, AutoCad.
