We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to help expand our global client base.

Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and generate current business opportunities through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and online research.
Prospect and qualify potential clients in international markets.
Build and maintain a solid sales pipeline.
Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT service solutions.
Schedule meetings and demos with prospective clients.
Coordinate with the technical team to prepare proposals and estimates.
Follow up with prospects to convert leads into business opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in CRM or Excel.
Achieve monthly lead generation and business development targets.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.





Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
Solid negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Experience in IT services sales or business development.
Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach, and CRM tools is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in Business Development, IT Sales, or International Sales.
