As we continue to scale, we are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead product strategy, innovation, and execution across our web platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities
Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
Support IT activities in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and prioritization to launch and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Operations, Marketing, and Sales teams to deliver high-impact product features.
Analyze customer needs, market trends, and competitor offerings to identify product opportunities.
Own product prioritization, release planning, and roadmap execution.
Define and monitor product KPIs, leveraging data to drive product decisions and improvements.
Gather customer feedback and translate insights into actionable product enhancements.
Lead stakeholder discussions and ensure alignment across cross-functional teams.
Mentor junior team members and foster a product-driven culture.

Required Skills




4–6 years of Product Management experience, preferably in e-commerce marketplace or D2C e-commerce.
Proven experience in building, launching, and scaling digital products.
Solid understanding of product strategy, roadmap planning, and Agile methodologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
Robust knowledge of APIs, system integrations, and web technologies.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and influence decision-making.
Solid communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
Customer-centric mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
Previous experience in IT Support or Product Support is an added advantage, with the ability to understand customer issues and translate them into product improvements.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech) or equivalent.
MBA or Product Management certification is preferred.
