About the Role

As an IT Service Engineer II within our Treasury IT and D&T; Finance team, you
will play a pivotal role in keeping our Collateral Management platforms running
smoothly, efficiently, and at the cutting edge. This is a hands-on, high-impact
role where you'll work across incident management, change delivery, vendor
collaboration, and platform modernisation. You'll have the opportunity to bring

Key Responsibilities

Incident & Request Management: Analyse, triage,



and resolve L3 incidents and
service requests in line with established processes, ensuring timely and
effective outcomes

Change & Bug Fix Delivery: Manage and drive the end-to-end implementation of
change requests and bug fixes, coordinating across stakeholders to deliver
high-quality solutions

Vendor Liaison: Act as the key connecting point between the Collateral
Management team and our external vendor, facilitating explicit communication and
efficient resolution of issues

Platform Modernisation: Actively support the team in modernising the underlying
technology landscape, contributing ideas and technical expertise to drive
progress

Release Management: Plan and execute minor release upgrades, ensuring minimal
disruption and maximum reliability Platform

Maintenance & Quality: Contribute to the ongoing maintenance and optimisation of
our platforms, with a strong focus on simplicity, performance, maintainability,
