Senior Electrical Engineer

Aspartoftheelectricalengineeringteamyouwillbeinvolvedinthedesignofelectricalsystemsfortheoilandgas and/or power including renewable energies industries. This may be a conceptual study or front-end engineering design (FEED) or a design execution involving, the procurement of all equipment and detailed drawings for the construction and commissioning of an entire facility.

Responsibilities:
Prepare load list, load calculations, cable sizing, earthing and lighting calculations including preparation of cable schedules and interconnection diagrams
Develop and review specifications, including design criteria
Prepare Material Requisition for various electrical items like Transformers, HV/MV/LV Switchgears, UPS, Cables, Electrical Bulks, AC/DC UPS etc, perform offer evaluation, TBE, vendor drawing review,



attending FAT for all major electrical equipment / packages
Technical review of mechanical packages including offer review, TBE, VDR and coordination for engineering interfaces
Ability to perform / review complex engineering calculations including Power System Studies using ETAP/SKM
Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines
Understand and implement relevant HSE aspects while performing assigned tasks

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering
7 years of related experience with the average experience of 10+ years
Ability to read and understand overall power distribution scheme and SLDs
Valuable knowledge of electrical equipment like MV/LV Switchgears, transformers, UPS etc.
Advanced level of proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications specifically: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and Word
Valuable written and oral communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in working in multi-cultural workplace
Working experience in ETAP / SPEL
