Business Development Executive

Location: Mumbai
Salary: ₹25,000 to ₹45,000 per month (depending on experience and interview performance)

Job Overview

We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to generate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the company's revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, referrals, and other lead-generation activities.
Research potential clients and understand their business requirements.
Connect with prospective clients and schedule meetings or presentations.
Present and explain the company's products/services effectively.
Build and maintain strong relationships with current and existing clients.
Follow up regularly with leads and convert them into business opportunities.
Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations as required.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings,



and business prospects.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Acquisition, or Lead Generation will be preferred.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Solid negotiation and convincing abilities.
Ability to generate leads and independently develop new business.
Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools will be an added advantage.
Target-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude.
