Candidates who have experience in Training/ Quality Analyst/ Communication Coach/

Must have experience as communication trainer/ coms coach/ QA
Experience in using MS Office.
Should be open to rotational shifts and WO.
Ability to drive conversation as per client approved communication style.
Should be able to bring agents up to speed on cultural nuances (UK).

Candidates can Walkin to the office Mon - Fri 12- 2pm
