Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead interior design projects for the Group at our Navi Mumbai office.

You will be responsible for developing design concepts, preparing detailed space plans, and coordinating with architects, engineers, and project managers to create functional, safe, and aesthetically cohesive environments. You will oversee construction drawings, FF&E; selections, and finishes, ensuring all designs comply with healthcare standards, infection control requirements, and brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
Design & Concept Development: Lead design support and develop innovative interior design concepts.




Drawings & Documentation: Prepare detailed drawings, technical documentation, construction drawings, and BOQs.
Visualization & Presentation: Create 3D visualizations and mood board presentations for stakeholder reviews.
Materials & FF&E;: Conduct material research, coordinate samples, and manage FF&E; selections and finishes.
Project Execution: Conduct site visits, design reviews, quality checks, vendor coordination, and provide in office execution support.
Project Coordination: Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
Leadership & Standards: Mentor junior designers and contribute to the development of design standards and best practices across the Group's projects.

Qualifications & Skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent project coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
Up-to-date knowledge of healthcare design standards and trends.
Eagerness for continuous learning and skill development.

Software Proficiency Required:

AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray / Enscape, Lumion, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Office.
