Responsibilities:
Manage product listings and optimise them for better visibility and sales.
Manage marketplace ads and campaigns.
Handle orders, inventory, returns and cancellations.
Resolve marketplace-related technical issues.
Monitor sales, ads and overall marketplace performance.
Manage Shopify and other e-commerce platforms.
Coordinate with marketplace support when required.
Take ownership of day-to-day e-commerce operations.
