Position: Home Nurse

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka

Job Type: Full time, Permanent – Direct Hire

Experience: Minimum 3 years

Salary & Benefits:

Fixed Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Incentives: Up to approximately ₹10,000 per month based on performance

CTC Structure: 90% Fixed / 10% Variable

Qualification:

GNM or B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution

Valid Karnataka State Nursing Council registration or equivalent state nursing council registration

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

Experience in a hospital, clinic, home-care or similar healthcare setting preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Provide qualified nursing care to patients at their homes.

Monitor patient health and vital signs as required.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.





Assist patients with daily healthcare and personal-care requirements.

Maintain accurate patient records and visit documentation.

Coordinate with doctors and the internal healthcare team regarding patient conditions.

Follow clinical protocols, safety standards and company SOPs.

Educate patients and family members on prescribed care procedures.

Escalate emergencies or changes in patient condition promptly.

Special Requirements:

Willingness to travel within an assigned Bengaluru PIN-code zone, generally within 5 km.

Comfortable working independently at patient homes.

Ability to coordinate with a virtual doctor/medical support team.

Basic smartphone/app literacy is required.

Background verification will be conducted.

Hiring Timeline: Positions to be filled within approximately 3 weeks from mandate confirmation.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
