Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Leader – Insurance P&C; to drive the marketing strategy, brand positioning, demand generation, and growth initiatives for the Property & Casualty insurance business.

The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in P&C; insurance, B2B marketing, digital marketing, GTM strategy, and stakeholder management.

Skills:-
16+ years of overall marketing experience with significant exposure to Insurance/P&C;.
Robust understanding of the P&C; insurance value chain, products, customers, and market dynamics.
Proven experience in B2B/B2B2C marketing and enterprise GTM.
Strong communication, leadership, stakeholder-management, and strategic-thinking skills.
Demonstrated ability to connect marketing initiatives with business growth and revenue outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the marketing strategy and GTM roadmap for P&C; insurance offerings.




Build strong brand positioning and thought leadership across the insurance ecosystem.
Drive demand generation, ABM, lead generation, and pipeline growth initiatives.
Develop marketing programs targeting P&C; insurers, brokers, MGAs, and insurance technology stakeholders.
Create compelling content, case studies, whitepapers, industry insights, and thought-leadership assets.
Partner with Sales and Business teams to improve customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue contribution.
Lead digital marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, webinars, events, and campaigns.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify current opportunities and market trends.
Build relationships with industry analysts, partners, associations, and relevant insurance communities.
Track marketing performance through pipeline, MQLs, conversion, ROI, CAC, and revenue metrics.
Lead and mentor the marketing team while managing external agencies and partners.
