Position: Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) – Science
Location: Sikar, Rajasthan
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging, concept-based Science lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum.
Teach Science effectively to students at the Middle and Secondary levels.
Use activity-based, experiential, and inquiry-based teaching methods to develop scientific thinking.
Conduct practical activities, experiments, demonstrations, and projects safely and effectively.
Develop students' conceptual understanding, analytical skills, and curiosity towards Science.
Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, assessments, and learning resources.
Regularly assess students' academic progress and provide constructive feedback.
Identify learning gaps and provide appropriate academic support and interventions.
Maintain accurate academic records, student progress reports, and other documentation.
Create a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom workplace.
Communicate with parents regarding students' academic performance and development.
Participate in school events,



academic activities, workshops, competitions, and teacher training programs.
Collaborate with the Science department and academic leadership to improve learning outcomes.
Ensure proper maintenance and protected usage of laboratory equipment and resources.

Eligibility & Skills
Qualification: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Science or relevant subject with B.Ed. or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and General Science as applicable to the assigned classes.
Prior teaching experience at the TGT level, preferably in a CBSE school, will be an advantage.
Strong classroom management and communication skills.
Ability to conduct engaging practical and laboratory-based learning.
Proficiency in digital teaching tools and educational technology.
Analytical, creative, patient, and student-focused approach.
Robust planning, assessment, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
