We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acqusition Specialist to support our talent acquisition team in hiring top talent across business functions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in non-IT recruitment, preferably from the E-commerce, Retail, Consumer, or Startup ecosystem. The role requires end-to-end recruitment expertise, stakeholder management, and the ability to work in a quick-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT positions across various functions.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning needs.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and networking channels.
Screen and evaluate candidate profiles based on role requirements.
Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain robust employer branding.
Track hiring metrics and maintain recruitment reports and dashboards.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.




Negotiate compensation and facilitate offer rollouts and onboarding coordination.
Stay updated on industry trends, talent market insights, and competitor hiring practices.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
.3–7 years of experience in non-IT recruitment.
Prior experience in E-commerce, Retail, Consumer, D2C, or Startup organizations is preferred.
Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and recruitment best practices.
Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms,
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and deliver within timelines.
Robust organizational and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience hiring for Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Experience, Marketing, Design, and Corporate functions.
Data-driven approach to recruitment and hiring analytics.
Experience working in a high-growth and fast-paced environment.
