Experience:
Minimum 10 years of teaching experience in a recognized institution.

Job Description:
Lead and manage the Civil Engineering Department with a focus on Structural Engineering.
Plan, organize, and monitor academic and administrative activities of the department.
Ensure effective teaching, research, and development in the Structural Engineering field.
Supervise faculty members and guide them in teaching, research, and academic responsibilities.
Develop and update the curriculum as per university and regulatory guidelines.
Promote research activities, publications, and funded projects in the department.
Maintain discipline and ensure quality education for students.
Coordinate with management regarding departmental development and academic planning.
Organize seminars, workshops, and technical activities for students and faculty.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with regulatory bodies.
