About the Role:
Jaywant Group is looking for an experienced Civil Project Manager to lead project execution, planning, quality, cost and overall site operations for civil construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end execution of civil construction projects.
Plan project activities, resources and timelines.
Monitor project progress, quality and costs.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors and project teams.
Review drawings, BOQs, specifications and work schedules.
Manage manpower, materials and site resources.
Resolve site issues and ensure timely decisions.
Monitor project billing, variations and cost control.
Ensure quality, safety and statutory compliance.
Prepare progress reports and update management.





Candidate Profile:
B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
10–15 years of experience in civil construction/project management.
Strong experience in residential/commercial real estate projects preferred.
Valuable knowledge of project planning, execution, billing and cost control.
Robust leadership, coordination and problem-solving skills.
