Deep understanding of digital platforms, platform betas, ad innovation,
interactive formats, content experimentation and emerging consumer
behaviours.
Ability to connect technology, platform behaviour, gaming culture and brand
strategy into sharp consumer-facing ideas.
Proven ability to build and execute large-scale partnerships, IPs, events,
experiments, platform-first campaigns or integrated brand solutions.
Robust network across platforms, publishers, gaming partners, right holders,
tournament organisers, creators, streamers, production partners, tech
partners and communities.
Commercially sharp, with solid negotiation, partner evaluation, budget
ownership and cost-efficiency skills.
Comfortable working across ambiguity, rapid experimentation, multiple
stakeholders and evolving technologies.
Solid storytelling ability to turn experiments into case studies, internal
learnings and scalable brand playbooks.
