Job Description:
Drive business analysis and delivery across digital transformation and advisory initiatives.
Lead PI Planning and contribute effectively to Agile/Secure ways of working.
Gather, analyse and document business requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
Perform AS-IS/TO-BE process mapping, gap analysis and impact assessment.
Work closely with Business, Technology, Product Owners and senior stakeholders to drive delivery.
Manage priorities, dependencies, risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
Support enhancement of advisory platforms, CRM solutions, digital wealth journeys and RM workbenches.
Contribute to client segmentation, proposition development and business case activities.
