Job Title: Domestic Travel Consultant

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Domestic Travel Consultant to manage end-to-end travel arrangements within India. The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of Indian destinations, excellent vendor negotiation skills, and hands-on experience in FIT, group travel, and MICE operations.

Key Responsibilities
Possess in-depth knowledge of Indian travel destinations, including popular and offbeat locations.
Manage and negotiate with hotel vendors (especially 4 & 5-star properties) and transport providers to obtain competitive rates.
Design and price customized travel packages for FITs and group tours.
Handle complete travel bookings including hotels, transportation, sightseeing, and detailed itinerary planning.
Organize and coordinate MICE travel (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions).
Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth travel operations.
Ensure all travel-related documentation, confirmations,



and invoices are accurate and compliant with company and regulatory requirements.
Resolve client queries and handle last-minute changes efficiently.

Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1–10 years of experience as a Domestic Travel Consultant or similar role.
Strong negotiation, vendor management, and costing skills.
Experience in MICE and corporate/business travel arrangements.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in travel booking tools, CRM systems, and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a quick-paced environment.
Customer-centric attitude with robust problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience with reputed travel agencies or tour operators.
Valuable understanding of current travel trends and market pricing.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
