US Recruiter – Night Shift

Location: Ahmedabad – Onsite
Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Market: US Staffing

We are hiring Recruiters to join our US staffing team and support end-to-end recruitment for clients across the United States.

Key Responsibilities
Source and screen candidates for US-based positions
Use job boards, LinkedIn, databases, and other sourcing channels
Conduct candidate screening and initial interviews
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
Work closely with the recruitment team to meet hiring targets

Requirements
Excellent spoken and written English
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Valuable computer and internet skills




Willingness to work in the US night shift
Ability to work onsite in Ahmedabad
Prior US recruitment experience is mandatory
