Job Title: CRM Executive

Location: Delhi

Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update lead and client data in the CRM.
Track leads, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions.
Coordinate with clients through calls, WhatsApp, and email for updates and requirements.
Follow up with leads and assist the team in moving prospects through the sales process.
Coordinate with sales, social media, design, and other internal teams.
Maintain client records, feedback, and project updates.

Requirements
Positive communication and client-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Ability to manage multiple clients/tasks and follow deadlines.
