.Do Comprehensive and accurate nursing Assessment Of patients through Head to Foot examination
Assessing Patient condition and Planning and Implementing Patient care Plans
Provide Nursing care according to plan
Evaluates effectiveness of nursing care seeking Assistance and knowledge as necessary
Observing and recording patients Vital signs
Administer Intravenous Fluids and Medications as per orders
Follow Medication Rights while administering medicines
Follow standard Precautions while handling Icu patients
Follow infection control care bundles
Follow narcotic policy while using narcotic drugs.
