We are looking for a responsible, experienced, and result-oriented Manager to oversee daily operations, lead the team, monitor performance, and ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the organization. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise day-to-day business operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Lead, motivate, and monitor team members to achieve organizational goals.
Allocate tasks and responsibilities effectively and monitor timely completion.
Set performance targets and regularly evaluate employee performance.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure effective communication and teamwork.
Monitor sales, business development, customer service, and operational activities as applicable.
Identify operational issues and take appropriate corrective actions.
Prepare and submit regular performance, operational, and management reports.
Ensure employees follow company policies, procedures, and qualified standards.
Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of team members.
Handle customer, employee, and operational concerns professionally.
Maintain proper records, documentation,



and reports related to business activities.
Conduct regular team meetings and communicate management instructions clearly.
Identify opportunities for business growth and process improvement.
Ensure targets, deadlines, and assigned responsibilities are achieved efficiently.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a relevant field.
2–5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
Solid leadership and team-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
Willingness to take ownership and responsibility for assigned work.
