We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Education Counsellor who can guide students about courses, handle inquiries, and convert leads into admissions. The candidate should have strong communication and convincing skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students regarding available courses (BBA, BCA, BJMC, PGDM, MBA, MCA etc.).
Handle walk-in, telephonic, and online inquiries.
Convert leads into admissions through proper follow-up.
Maintain student database and update CRM/Excel records.
Coordinate with admission and marketing teams.
Achieve monthly admission targets.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
Robust convincing and counseling ability.
Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools).
Qualifications:
12th/Graduate in any stream (MBA/PGDM preferred)
Experience:
0–1 years in Education Counselling / Telecalling / Sales
