Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and passionate IT Technical Trainer to train students in technical concepts, practical applications, and industry-relevant skills. The trainer will be responsible for delivering effective training, conducting assessments, monitoring student progress, and ensuring students become technically proficient and job-ready.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver technical training through theory, practical sessions, and hands-on exercises.
Prepare and follow the assigned syllabus, training materials, and lesson plans.
Explain technical concepts clearly using practical and real-time examples.
Conduct assignments, assessments, mock tests, and practical evaluations.
Monitor student performance, attendance, participation, and learning progress.
Identify students who require additional support and provide appropriate guidance.
Maintain training quality and complete the syllabus within the scheduled timeline.
Update student attendance and training records on time.
Coordinate with the Technical Head and Placement Team regarding student skill development.




Support students in becoming technically skilled and industry/job-ready.
Stay updated with current technologies, tools, and industry practices.
Address student doubts and provide timely clarification.

Required Skills

Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and practical manner.
Good classroom management and student-handling skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Willingness to learn and upgrade technical knowledge continuously.

Qualification & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a relevant technical field.
Relevant industry or training experience is preferred.
Freshers with solid technical knowledge and good communication skills may also be considered.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
