Provides advice to managers, regarding the same employment matters related to Randstad talent, contractors and consultants deployed at client locations on policies and procedures and supports investigations.
Leads the implementation of ER policies and guidelines per the government mandated guidelines and compliance requirements
Identifies gaps, and contributes to improvements in ER processes, tools, and practices.
Assists in communications between employees and supervisors, explaining and clarifying policies,



procedures and employment law.
Supports training and development programs for the teams
Drives the implementation of employee engagement strategy
Designs induction and orientation programs for recent hires.
Ensures employee database is updated regularly with employee details (as applicable), in compliance with the regulations
