Test incomplete, conflicting and unusual requests.
Document platform differences, limitations and dependencies.
Coordinate with the technical/Microsoft 365 administrator for access, configuration, integrations and deployment.
Structure pre-sales knowledge
Understand EZHOMZ’s enquiry-to-booking journey through team discussions and historical cases.
Organise product information, application requirements, technical rules and approved sources.
Work with technical reviewers to document BOQ quantity logic, compatibility, dependencies, assumptions and exclusions.
Create workflows that distinguish tentative sales information from confirmed booking requirements.
Ensure missing facts and unsupported applications are escalated for human review.
Maintain traceability between source information, rules and generated outputs.
Own quality and adoption
Maintain test cases, error logs, methodology records and version history.
Explain the reasoning behind significant design and workflow decisions.
Submit tangible outputs for weekly review and close feedback systematically.
Prepare user guides and train employees on approved workflows.
Keep knowledge and templates organised so another person can maintain them.
