Key Responsibilities:
Ensure high standards of service are consistently delivered in all food and beverage outlets.
Supervise and guide junior service associates, providing on-the-job training and support.
Greet guests warmly, anticipate their needs, and provide personalized service.
Maintain thorough knowledge of menus, promotions, and special dietary offerings.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth order execution and timely service.
Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally and promptly.
Monitor cleanliness and presentation of service areas, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
Assist in inventory control and requisition of supplies as needed.
Support the F&B; Supervisor/Manager in daily operations and team coordination.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
