Job Summary:

The Manual Assembly Technician will be responsible for assembling mechanical and electronic components in a production environment. This role requires the ability to work with hand tools, follow detailed instructions, and ensure high-quality standards in the assembly process. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and strong manual dexterity, contributing to productive and accurate product assembly.

Key Responsibilities:
Assemble mechanical and/or electronic components according to technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
Use hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, and wrenches to complete manual assembly tasks.
Perform quality inspections on assembled products to ensure they meet required standards.
Identify and troubleshoot any issues or defects in the assembly process.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.




Document completed work and report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor.
Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Occasionally lift or move materials weighing up to [insert weight].

Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent/ITI
Experience:
Previous experience in a manual assembly, manufacturing, or production workplace preferred.
Familiarity with using hand tools and power tools.
Skills:
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully.
Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Basic math skills for measuring and fitting components.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Manual dexterity and ability to handle small components.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
