CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE – FRESHER & EXPERIENCED

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for both Fresher and Experienced candidates. Candidates with positive communication skills and a customer-focused approach are encouraged to apply.

POSITION 1: CUSTOMER SUPPORT – FRESHER

Eligibility: Graduate / Undergraduate
Experience: Freshers can apply
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 CTC
Shift: Rotational Shifts
Working Days: 5 Days Working
Week Off: 2 Rotational Week Offs
Cab: Available as per company norms
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

POSITION 2: CUSTOMER SUPPORT – EXPERIENCED

Eligibility: Graduate / Undergraduate
Experience: Minimum 1 Year Customer Support Experience
Salary: Up to ₹35,000 CTC
Shift: Rotational Shifts
Working Days: 5 Days Working
Week Off: 2 Rotational Week Offs
Cab: Available as per company norms
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle customer queries through voice and non-voice channels.
Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions to customers.




Resolve customer complaints and concerns professionally.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Follow company policies, processes, and quality standards.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
Achieve assigned performance and customer service targets.

REQUIRED SKILLS
Positive verbal and written communication skills.
Customer-focused and problem-solving attitude.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
Positive listening and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
