An Assistant Team Lead (ATL) supports the Team Leader in managing daily warehouse operations and ensuring that work is completed accurately and on time.

Main responsibilities:

Team handling: Assist the Team Leader in managing Ground Coordinators, Field Executives, and warehouse staff.

Picking & packing: Monitor picking, packing, scanning, sorting, and shipment processing.

Inbound & outbound: Ensure shipments are received, processed, sorted, and dispatched properly.

Daily operations: Allocate work to employees and monitor productivity.

Attendance: Track employee attendance, absenteeism, and shift reporting.

Quality: Ensure shipments are handled correctly and minimize errors, damages, and misroutes.

Target achievement: Help the team achieve daily productivity and shipment targets.

Problem solving: Handle operational issues and escalate major issues to the Team Leader/manager.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
