We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Ticketing Executive to handle airline ticket reservations, fare enquiries, ticket issuance, cancellations, reissues, and customer coordination. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of domestic and international airline ticketing and reservation systems.

Key Responsibilities
Handle domestic and international flight bookings and reservations.
Search and provide competitive airfares based on customer requirements.
Issue, reissue, revalidate, and cancel airline tickets.
Handle ticket changes, refunds, no-shows, and schedule changes.
Coordinate with airlines, consolidators, and travel partners for ticketing-related issues.
Provide accurate information regarding baggage allowance, fare rules, cancellation charges, and travel policies.
Follow up on pending bookings and payment confirmations.
Maintain proper records of bookings, tickets, invoices, and refunds.
Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for smooth ticketing support.




Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely solutions.
Ensure all ticketing transactions are accurate and completed within deadlines.

Requirements
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in airline ticketing/travel agency.
Knowledge of GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, or equivalent is preferred.
Good knowledge of domestic and international airlines and fare rules.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Solid attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Skills
International ticketing experience.
Knowledge of reissue, refund, void, and ticketing procedures.
Knowledge of airline policies and travel documentation.
Valuable negotiation and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
