Merchandiser – Rotary & Digital Printing Industry

We are looking for an experienced Merchandiser to coordinate customer orders and ensure smooth execution from order confirmation to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer enquiries, orders, quotations, and order follow-up.
Coordinate with Design, Production, Planning, Quality, and Dispatch teams.
Follow up on sampling, artwork approvals, production status, and delivery schedules.
Maintain order details, costing, production updates, and customer records.
Ensure timely delivery as per customer requirements.
Communicate with customers regarding order status, changes, and issues.
Resolve production/order-related queries and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in printing/textile/packaging merchandising preferred.




Knowledge of Rotary & Digital Printing processes will be an advantage.
Positive communication, coordination, follow-up, and MS Office skills.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple orders.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
