Sales & Marketing Assistant – RoboScholar

Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Sales & Marketing Assistant to support RoboScholar’s growth in the STEM education sector. The role involves generating leads, contacting schools and parents, promoting Robotics & STEM programs, managing follow-ups, and supporting marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate leads from schools, parents, and educational institutions.
Contact prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
Schedule demos, workshops, school meetings, and follow-ups.
Maintain lead and customer records and track sales activities.
Support social media, promotional campaigns, and marketing activities.
Coordinate with the team for workshops, events, and student enrollments.




Build and maintain relationships with schools and parents.

Requirements:
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of sales and digital marketing.
Comfortable using WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets, email, and social media.
Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented.
Interest in STEM, Robotics, Education, or Technology is an advantage.

Location: Pune
Employment: Full-time / Part time
Experience: Fresher to 2 years

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
