Young Qualified – IT

Job Summary

We are looking for a Young Skilled – IT to support and coordinate IT project implementation. The role will act as a bridge between the Department, end users, and the IT/Consultant team to ensure smooth project execution, system rollout, user adoption, and post-implementation support.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day IT project activities, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Gather and document business requirements and prepare/review BRD, SRS, process flows, and functional documents.
Coordinate with IT/Consultant teams for software development, configuration, integration, and deployment.
Support system testing, UAT, data migration, validation, and Go-Live activities.
Coordinate user training, prepare user manuals/SOPs, and support adoption of new systems.
Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and maintain project trackers.
Provide end-user support, track helpdesk tickets,



and coordinate issue resolution.
Prepare project status reports, MIS reports, dashboards, and management updates.
Coordinate with multiple stakeholders and act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for project-related activities.

Qualification & Experience
B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science/IT/ECE, MCA, or equivalent qualification.
3–5 years of experience in IT project management, implementation, or IT coordination.
Experience in government/large-scale IT projects and multi-location software deployment will be preferred.
Good understanding of software development, databases, APIs, testing, data migration, and IT support.
Robust communication, documentation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
