Key Responsibilities
Conduct live online classes for competitive exam aspirants
Deliver engaging and energetic lectures with excellent presentation skills
Explain engineering concepts in a easy, clear, and exam-oriented manner
Prepare and discuss MCQs, previous-year questions, shortcuts, and revision materials
Interact with students and handle doubts effectively
Motivate and mentor students throughout their preparation
Create quality recorded learning content when required
Coordinate with the academic team for course and study-material development
What We Are Looking For
Robust subject knowledge in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Energetic and confident online presence
Ability to make online classes interactive and engaging
Passion for teaching and mentoring competitive-exam aspirants
Good command of English; Malayalam communication ability is an advantage
Experience in PSC or competitive exam coaching is preferred
