About the Role

We are looking for a confident, presentable and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our jewellery showroom. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their requirements and supporting them throughout their jewellery-buying experience.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers in the showroom.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery.
Explain product features, designs, pricing and offers clearly.
Handle customer queries and provide excellent service.
Follow up with customers and leads.
Support sales targets and contribute to showroom sales.
Maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.
Coordinate with the team for billing and other sales-related activities.
Maintain a skilled and well-presented appearance.

Requirements




Previous experience in jewellery or retail sales is preferred.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Gujarati and Hindi communication required; basic English preferred.
Confident and presentable personality.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Freshers with robust communication and a sales-oriented attitude may also apply.
